Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole



2 pounds Chicken Tenderloins

2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup 10 ounce cans

12 ounce can Evaporated Milk

1 ounce packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning {or 3 tablespoons of this Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix Recipe}

2 cups uncooked Long Grain Rice

10 ounces Frozen Broccoli Florets thawed

1 cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Spray inside of 5 - 6 quart Crock Pot with non stick cooking spray.

Combine Soup, Evaporated Milk, Ranch Seasoning, and Rice in mixing bowl, and stir until well combined.

Place Tenderloins in bottom of Crockpot, then pour mixture from bowl over chicken.

Cover Crockpot and cook on High for 2.5 hours or LOW for 5 hours.

Remove lid, carefully stir rice mixture and chicken all together thoroughly, add broccoli to top of mixture, cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or LOW for 1 more hour.

Then stir entire mixture again, top mixture with Cheddar Cheese and cook for additional 5 minutes before serving.
