Marigolds: has a tangy citrus flavor and is usually used in appetizers, cocktails, fruit trays and salads
Micro Star: Sweet mild flavor used for deserts and fruit dishes
Carnations: Clove peppery taste used in wine and cake decorating
Calendula: Grassy mint taste used in salads
Karma Orchid: Fresh and crisp taste used for cake decorating
