Start in Child Pose Sit the hips open to the heels, open the knees as wide sinking the torso down to the ground reaching your fingers forward as far as they can reach. The Rag Doll Grab opposite elbows, hang the torso down bent at the waist. Release the neck and and keep a gently bend at the knees.
Downward Dog Push down through the heels and pal,s, lift the hips up Lunge Sit the hips down and life through the chest. Keep the front leg at a 90 degree angle. Three Legged Dog Push down through the heels and palms while lifting and straightening the leg. Crescent Lunge Sit the hips down, life the chest up and straighten the back leg reaching the arms up. Warrior ll Sit the hips down, strong legs. Lengthen the spine and reach the arms long. Goddess of Reverse Warrior Lengthen the side body, sit the hips low and keep the legs strong.
