Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of Salt
1/2 Cup of Half and Half
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp of Vanilla
Directions:
Mix the butter, salt, half and half and brown sugar in a Sauté pan and bring to a boil over medium- low heat. Whisk gently for 5-7 minutes. Add vanilla and cook One more minute to thicken. Turn off the heat, pour into a jar and refrigerate or serve warm
