Hot White Chocolate

This is not your traditional Hot chocolate recipe.*Wild Women Throw a Party by Lynette Rohrer Shirk Serves 12 Ingredients:

10 Cups Milk 1 Tbsp Vanilla 6 oz White Chocolate, chopped or chips Fresh Grated Nutmeg

1 1/2 Cups Malted Milk Powder 2/3 Cups Brown Sugar Method: Heat the milk to a simmer in a saucepan and remove from heat. Put 2 cups of milk in a blender. Add the white chocolate to the milk in the saucepan and whisk to melt and combine. Then add the brown sugar, malted milk powder, and vanilla to the pan and whisk to combine. Divide the hot chocolate mixture among 12 cups. Blend the milk in the blender to make it froth and divide the frothy milk among the 12 cups. Garnish each mug with fresh grated nutmeg.

Serve!
