Crabby Deviled Eggs

Serves 6 Ingredients: 6 Eggs 1 tsp Salt 1/4 Cup Mayo 1/2 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Yellow Mustard 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp Sour Cream 1/4 Cup Crabmeat 2 Tbsp Softened Cream Cheese 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill Method: 1. Put the eggs in a saucepan with enough water to cover them. Bring the water to a boil, then turn to a simmer for 15 min. When done, pour water out and replace with cold water. Change the water several times until they are no longer hot. Drain and peel the shell. 2. Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise, carefully remove the egg yolk and set aside white halves. Put all the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. 3. Add Mayo, Mustard, Sour Cream, and Cream Cheese to the yolk mixture and mix together with a fork to smooth paste. 4. Season the yolk mixture with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper sauce. 5. Fill each egg white with a tsp of Crabmeat. 6. Scoop about 1 Tbsp of the yolk filling into each white, covering the crabmeat so it is a hidden surprise. 7. Garnish the yolk filling with a sprinkle of the chopped dill. 8. Cover and Refrigerate until chilled.
