According to Joni Loughran these are the top 10 ways to have and keep beautiful skin. 1. Avoid Excessive Sun Exposure, as this is the Number one cause of damage and premature aging of the skin. 2. Do Not Smoke. Smoking robs the skin of it's vitality and potential for being youthful and attractive. 3. Exercise Regularly. There are major benefits, both physically and mentally to exercising on a weekly even daily basis. This improves mental health by promoting clearer thinking, increasing confidence and reducing effects of stress that cause break outs. 4. Get Enough Rest lack of sleep can result in poor work production, loss of concentration, and loss of creativity. When you are well rested, rejuvenated and getting enough sleep, your skin will mirror the vitality with healthful glow. 5. Limit your Alcohol Intake. Alcohol prematurely ages the skin because it comes dehydration robbing precious moisture that is necessary for the skin. 6. Use only the Best Cosmetics, which include a Cleanser, a Toner, and a Moisturizer, an eye cream a mask, an exfoliant, and special treatments. 7. Breathe well. We can go weeks without food and water but only seconds without oxygen. Try these techniques Lie on our back and slowly fill your lungs with air. Experience the expansion first in your abdomen then the stomach up to the lower lungs and lastly the upper lungs. To exhale, feels the abdomen "empty" first, then the stomach and then become aware of the lungs as the last air actually leaves them. 8. Drink Plenty of Water, not only is it more than half our body weight but every cell requires it to function properly. Water benefits our skin by acting as an internal moisturizer, keeping the skin moist, supple, and clear as well as preventing premature aging. 9. Eat only the Best Food. The health and beauty of the skin depends on good nutrition. 10. Manage Stress Successfully. To much stress too often with no effective and appropriate outlet, prevents the body and soul from recuperating and rejuvenating as a result our health as well as our complexion can suffer.
