Fall Morning and Night Routine

The start of your day is so important to recharge and reflect as well as prepare yourself for the day.
Start by making your bed as soon as you get up and drink a glass of water.
Do half an hour of movement. This could be yoga, lifting weights, doing a small exercise or walking.
Practice Ayurveda, do this by dry brushing or an oil massage.
Inhale incense
Meditate
Read or journal
Have a nutritious breakfast
Every night after a long day you need to take time for yourself even if its 10-30 min.
Shower with low lights, show mist or fizzy's,
Listen to an inspirational audio
Deep breathes and visualizations
In bed: sit with low lighting and journal or do a self care worksheet for the day
Read and do a guided meditate
Don't forget the WATER
