Use an alarm - wake up at the same time each morning

Get regular exercise - without regualr exercise your body can become lethargic and experience interruptions during sleep

Limit stimulants - caffeine and nicotine and cause adverse effects

Stress management - try to plan ahead and set aside time to complete tasks

Keep a sleep promoting bedroom - keep your bedroom dark cool and quiet
