Epsom Salt Bath

Once a week for 20 minutes, sit in a warm to hot bath that contains about a handful of Epsom salts 10 drops of Lavender essential oil, and a half a cup of baking soda. This combination draws out the toxins, lowers stress- related hormones and balances your PH levels, plus you get time for yourself to have a nice and relaxing bath.
