Cinnamon Cinnamon can stop muscle tightening, blood clotting, and swelling to help ease menstrual pain. Fennel The antispasmodic, phytoestrogenic, and anti-inflammatory properties of fennel can help loosen the muscles in the uterus, which will soothe cramping and pain.
