Moisturizing Antibacterial Foaming Hand Wash

You’ll need: 1 foaming soap dispenser 2 Tbsp unscented castile soap 1–2 tsp fractionated coconut oil 10–15 drops essential oil(s) of choice

Directions: Start by pouring the castile soap and fractionated coconut oil into your foaming soap bottle. Next, add your essential oil(s) of choice. I used the Shield blend from Spark Naturals, a great protective blend based on the “Thieves Oil” recipe of ancient times. It’s perfect for a hand soap because it combines several oils with antibacterial properties, including lemon, eucalyptus, and rosemary oils. You could use other antibacterial essential oils too, like melaleuca, wild orange, lavender, or peppermint. Whatever you like best!

After adding the oils, fill the soap bottle the rest of the way with water. Screw on the pump top and shake gently to mix the ingredients together. To use your soap, pump the desired amount into your hands and wash them under warm water.
