Ancient Hindu traditions believe that there are energy points running through the body. You have 7 chakras in total, Starting with the Root which is at the base of the spine and tailbone, The Sacral is located at the abdomen, Solar Plexus is the upper abdomen and stomach areas, Heart located at the chest, The Throat, Third Eye which is on your forehead between the eyes, and Crown located at the very top of your head. You should wear a stone for each of the 7 chakras to keep them balanced. They should be in order as a rainbow from Red the base color to the white at the crown chakra.
